AIRPORT SURCHARGES READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM. To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration form. Full payment along with a signed registration form is required in our office NO LATER THAN 4 days from receipt of registration confirmation email. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. This is an STA contracted fare. The International Student ID Card (ISIC) is required. Cards are available through your university or Village Travel for a fee. If you do not order the ISIC through us, you must give us your ISIC number with your payment. Please note that you will have two separate tickets - one with Delta and one with South African. You will have to claim your baggage and check in again at your connecting airports - Washington Dulles and JFK. RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
This rate allows a stay of up to 1 year. We are able to schedule individual return dates from Dakar, based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form. Once in Dakar, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $200 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed. FLIGHT
CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. There is
limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your
reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel
arrangements. If you have any questions or need further

office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED ONCE YOUR TICKETS ARE ISSUED AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
