signed registration form is required in our office

RULES AND
RESTRICTIONS

Tickets are nonrefundable.

This rate allows a stay of up to
1 year.

We are able to schedule
individual return dates from Nairobi, based on
availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated
return, please make a notation on your registration
form.

Once in
Kenya, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $200
change fee plus any fare increase
(subject to availability). It
is best to make changes directly with the airline. Village Travel can process
date changes for an additional $75. ***Flights
are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite
return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return
once you have departed.***
FLIGHT
CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not
delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with
additional travel arrangements.
