If you require a departure city other than Minneapolis, please put it on your form. We will then advise you of the rate from your city.

Prices are based on availability and may be subject to change. A limited number of seats are available. The airline may impose additional fuel surcharges, which will become the responsibility of the student at time of ticketing.

READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM. To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration form. Full payment with a signed registration form is required in our office NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS from receipt of a registration confirmation email. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Discover.    

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Tickets are nonrefundable.

• This rate allows a stay of up to 6 months. 

• We are able to schedule individual return dates from Delhi, based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form.

• Once in India, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $250 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). It is best to make changes directly with the airline. Village Travel can process date changes for a $50 service fee, which is in addition to the airline's fee. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it can be very difficult to change your return once you have departed.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
