Priority registrations and deviation requests must be made by March 12, 2010.
The final registration deadline is March 26, 2010.

You are allowed to schedule a return date different from the group for a $150 deviation fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Deviations to return dates must be requested NO LATER THAN March 12, 2010. A limited number of students may deviate, so requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Group dates will be confirmed and ticketed if no deviation is requested. Deviation fees are your responsibility and must be paid by credit card. The ability to deviate is very limited and subject to availability. Fees are due in our office after we send you confirmation of your requested return date. Once in Montpellier, you may change your return date for a fee of $400 plus any fare increase (subject to availability).

 

You will have two separate tickets - an electronic ticket with Northwest and an electronic ticket with Air France. Each airline has different baggage restrictions. Please check with each airline to verify their individual policies. Baggage fees may apply.

There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements. Fill out the registration form below to reserve your seat on the group flight. You will receive your airline ticket from the Learning Abroad Center with your final documentation.

APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
