Deviation requests must be made by March 9, 2012.

You are allowed to schedule a return date different from the group for a $150 deviation fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). You must email deviation requests to shanna@villageinc.com by March 9, 2012. A limited number of students may deviate, so requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Group dates will be confirmed and ticketed if no deviation is requested. Deviation fees are your responsibility and must be paid by check or credit card. Fees are due once we send you confirmation of your requested return date. After the ticket has been issued, you may change your return date for a fee of $300 plus any fare increase (subject to availability).

 

We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements. You will receive your electronic ticket confirmation from the Learning Abroad Center with your final documentation.

SEATING REQUESTS, MEAL REQUESTS AND FREQUENT FLYER NUMBERS
CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE AND MUST BE SUBMITTED
TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. 
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST
3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
