Priority registrations and deviation requests must be made by November 3, 2008.
The final registration deadline is November 17, 2008.

You are allowed to schedule a return date different from the group for a $100 deviation fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Deviations to return dates must be requested NO LATER THAN November 3, 2008. A limited number of students may deviate, so requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Group dates will be confirmed and ticketed if no deviation is requested. Deviation fees are your responsibility and must be paid by credit card. The ability to deviate is very limited and subject to availability. Fees are due in our office after we send you confirmation of your requested return date. Once in Cancun, you may change your return date for a fee of $200 plus any fare increase (subject to availability).

There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements. Fill out the registration form below to reserve your seat on the group flight. You will receive your airline ticket from the Learning Abroad Center with your final documentation.

CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE AND MUST BE SUBMITTED
TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. 
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST
3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
