Registrations must be received by October 3, 2010. 

You are allowed to schedule flights different from the group for a $150 deviation fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Deviations must be requested and confirmed NO LATER THAN October 3, 2010. A limited number of students may deviate, so requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Any deviations to the outbound flight will likely result in a fare increase as it is a holiday period.  Group dates will be confirmed and ticketed if no deviation is requested. Deviation fees are your responsibility and must be paid by credit card.  The ability to deviate is very limited and subject to availability. To make a deviation request, please list your requested dates in the comments field below.  Fees are due in our office once we send you confirmation of your requested return date.  Once tickets are issued, they are nonrefundable and non-changeable.

There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements. Fill out the registration form below to reserve your seat on the group flight.
