To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration form. Space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Full payment is required in our office NO LATER THAN 2 days after receipt of registration confirmation email. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.    

This is an STA contracted fare. The International Student ID Card (ISIC) is required. Cards are available through your university or Village Travel for a fee. If you do not order the ISIC through us, you must give us your ISIC number with your payment.

***FOR STUDENTS TAKING MORE THAN ONE SESSION: Please fill in the online registration form (link listed above) and include your specific travel dates. Also, write in the "comments" field which sessions you will be attending. Do not submit payment until you receive an email from us with your flight itinerary and a price quote. Since your dates will be different than what is listed above, your price will probably be different as well. You will also have different rules and restrictions.***

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• We may be able to schedule individual return dates based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form. 

• Once in Spain, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $75 fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). It is best to make changes to your ticket directly with STA at www.statravel.com/travelhelp. Village Travel can process date changes for an additional $50. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
