airline may impose additional fuel surcharges, which will become the
responsibility of the student at time of ticketing.

To
make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the
online registration form. Space
is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis.
Full payment
along with a signed registration form is required in our office
after receipt of reservation confirmation email. Please make checks payable
to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Diners or
Discover.
RULES AND
RESTRICTIONS

Ticket is nonrefundable.
-
This rate allows a stay
of up to 1 year.
-
We may be able to schedule
individual return dates from Sydney based on availability. If you desire a
return date different than the group return, please make a notation on your registration
form.
-
After the ticket has been issued,
you are
allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $250 change fee
plus any fare increase
(subject to availability). It
is best to make changes to your ticket directly with the airline. Village Travel can process date
changes for an additional $50.
***Flights
are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite
return date before departure from the U.S. as
it is very difficult to change your return
once you have departed.
FLIGHT
CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not
delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with
additional travel arrangements.

SEATING
REQUESTS, MEAL REQUESTS AND FREQUENT FLYER NUMBERS
CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE AND MUST BE SUBMITTED
TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY.
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE.
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
