Prices are based on availability and may be subject to change. A limited number of seats are available. The airline may impose additional fuel surcharges, which will become the responsibility of the student at time of ticketing.

READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM. To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration form. Space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Full payment along with a signed registration form is due in our office NO LATER THAN 2 days from receipt of a registration confirmation email. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. 

This is an STA contracted fare. The International Student ID Card (ISIC) is required. Cards are available through your university or Village Travel for a fee. If you do not order the ISIC through us, you must give us your ISIC number with your payment.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• The maximum stay allowed is 12 months.

• We may be able to schedule individual return dates from Rome, based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form.

• Once in Rome, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $75 fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). It is best to make changes to your ticket directly with STA at www.statravel.com/travelhelp. Village Travel can process date changes for an additional $50. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed. 

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT
AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
