To make a reservation on the group flights please complete the online registration form. Full payment along with the signed registration form is due NO LATER THAN 2 days from reservation confirmation. Space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Discover. 

• You will have two separate tickets - an electronic ticket with Northwest and an electronic ticket with Air France. Both tickets are nonrefundable.   

• This rate allows a total stay of up to 6 months.

• We may be able to schedule individual return dates from Montpellier based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form.

• Once in Montpellier, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date on the Northwest ticket for a $350 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). You can change the Air France ticket directly with the airline or we can change it for a $30 fee. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed.***

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. 
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
