To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration formSpace is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Full payment along with a signed registration form is required in our office NO LATER THAN 24 hours after receipt of reservation confirmation email. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Discover. 

***FOR STUDENTS TAKING MORE THAN ONE SUMMER SESSION: Please fill in the online registration form (link listed above) and include your specific travel dates. Also, write in the "comments" field which sessions you will be attending. Do not submit payment until you receive an email from us with your flight itinerary and a price quote. Since your dates will be different than what is listed above, your price will probably be different as well. You will also have different rules and restrictions.***

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • This fare allows a maximum stay of 120 days.

  • Once in Mexico City, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $150 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). It is best to make changes directly with the airline. Village Travel can process date changes for a $50 service fee, which is in addition to the airline's fee. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE AND MUST BE SUBMITTED
TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY. 
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE
APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
