Registrations must be received by September 25, 2009. 

You are allowed to schedule flights different from the group for a $75 deviation fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Deviations must be requested NO LATER THAN September 25, 2009. A limited number of students may deviate, so requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Group dates will be confirmed and ticketed if no deviation is requested. Deviation fees are your responsibility and must be paid by credit card. The ability to deviate is very limited and subject to availability. To make a deviation request, please list your requested dates in the comments field below.  Fees are due in our office once we send you confirmation of your requested return date.  Once tickets are issued, they are nonrefundable and non-changeable.

There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements. Fill out the registration form below to reserve your seat on the group flight.
