The following itinerary has been confirmed for students originating in New York City. If you are not departing from New York, we will connect you to the group flight from your departure city. Please note your city on the registration form, and we will advise you of the cost once we receive it.

ROUND-TRIP NEW YORK - JFK / Windhoek rates from $2585.00
INCLUDING TAXES, SECURITY FEES AND AIRPORT SURCHARGES
Prices are based on availability and may be subject to change. There are a limited number of seats. The airline may impose additional fuel surcharges, which will become the responsibility of the student at time of ticketing.

READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM. To make a reservation on the group flights please complete the online registration form. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. A deposit of $300 along with a signed registration form and a copy of the 1st page of your passport is required in our office NO LATER THAN April 25, 2008. YOU MUST LIST YOUR DEPARTURE CITY ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. Final payment is due by June 10, 2008. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Discover. You will receive your ticket 2 weeks prior to departure. 

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Deposit and final payment are non-refundable.

• This rate allows a stay of up to 6 months.

• We may be able to schedule individual return dates from Capetown for an additional fee of $200, based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the group return on Dec. 7, please make a notation on your registration form.

• Once in Africa, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date from Capetown for a $250 change fee (cash only) plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Changes must be made directly with the airline. Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it is very difficult to change your return once you have departed.

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations. We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.

SEATING REQUESTS, MEAL REQUESTS AND FREQUENT FLYER NUMBERS
CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE
AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY.
WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IN FOR YOUR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT
AT LEAST 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. 
YOU MUST RECONFIRM ALL INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE APPROXIMATELY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO EACH DEPARTURE.
